Meet Bailee! Found ear tipped and on her own near Cumberland St. in Philly, Bailee is about 4 months old, very playful, and a PURR machine! She likes people more than other cats, and would be happy as the only kitten in your house. Bailee is FIV negative, vaccinated, spayed, and ready for a forever home!
