Theodore is a very shy little guy. He loves ear pets and chin scratches! He would do best on his own, and likes to have places to hide when he gets overwhelmed. Theo is sweet and playful, but takes a while to come out of his shell and feel totally comfortable. He was rescued at 17th & Brandywine. He needs a loving home with lots of cozy nooks, gentle cuddles, and yummy food.
